It's so easy to focus on the negative, but in doing so we miss all of the good that's around us. Quick example...
There are 12 months in a year. If I have one rough day each month then that's 12 rough days a year. I can focus on the frequency of one rough day per month, OR I can shift my focus to the 353 other good days. That's 97%, y'all!
Unrealistic you say? Fair enough. Let's say it's more like one rough day per week. I can narrow my focus in on the 52 rough days per year (sure sounds like a lot), OR I can zoom out to see the 313 days I've rocked. Even that's 86%!
We're winning at life, but the way in which we frame our photograph sometimes crops out the best parts.
Be mindful of the bigger picture!
